I’m Lou Ella Kemp, founder of LK Creatives, where we help ambitious women transform their vision into powerful, profitable, and prestigious brands.
As a wife, mother of three, and Executive Director of Media at Metropolitan Baptist Church in Newark, NJ, I know firsthand what it means to balance purpose, leadership, and excellence. With a B.A. in Graphic Design and Advertising Illustration from Seton Hall University and more than 20 years of branding and web design experience, I’ve built a company dedicated to helping women step into their next level of business success.
When I launched my own business, I was determined to create something that reflected the level of excellence and financial stability I desired. That required more than creativity — it required strategy. I invested in coaching, refined my positioning, and learned how to build a brand that commands attention and converts with confidence. Once I mastered that process, I knew it was time to help other ambitious women do the same.
