We offer condensed iterations-style project timelines and clear milestones. In other words, we are breaking up projects into smaller, more manageable chunks of work which helps us build brands faster and at a higher quality.

Our aim is to efficiently create a stunning and strategic brand for you, so you can move on to other important aspects of your business. If you're looking for a leisurely, once-a-week-for-a-year type of project, we may not be the best fit for you.

To start the process, simply schedule a free 30-minute consultation here. While it's a straightforward process, it's important to include as many details as possible. This will ensure that we're well-prepared for our call and can answer any questions you may have.

Consultation

Your time is valuable so lets get right to it!

During this call we'll ask questions to help us understand your vision for your brand. We’ll start by getting to know your business, brand values, and target audience. As well as your brand goals, and what you want to achieve. We'll also discuss budget options and project timelines to create a customized solution that meets your needs. If we decide that we are a good fit for each other, we move on to the proposal.

Proposal

Following our consultation call, we will have a precise understanding of your project and can create a detailed proposal accordingly. This will highlight all the necessary specifics such as the deliverables, timeline, payment plans, and project management.

We typically provide various package options with varying budgets and timelines for brand development, which can be customized to suit your needs. Keep in mind that these options are not set in stone, and we are more than happy to accommodate any changes if necessary.

Onboarding

Okay - You've reviewed your proposal, chosen the package that best suits your needs, and you're eager to get started. To book your spot, simply pay a 40% deposit and review/sign the contract included in the proposal. This will secure your place in the timeline and get the ball rolling.

Within two business days of booking, you'll receive all of the welcome information you need including a link to your project folders. This will include crucial details like project milestones, a recap of your deliverables, instructions on how to submit your content, and quick links to important documents.

You'll take some time to review everything, and then there are two major tasks to complete: completing your brand design questionnaire + booking your brand design questionnaire review.

Brand Strategy

The brand design questionnaire review is where the real magic happens.

At this point, you should have finished a thorough questionnaire that will assist us in aligning our efforts before we begin working together. This questionnaire will prompt you to think about your brand and set the stage for what we'll explore during our call.

During our strategy session, we'll connect via Google Meet for 1-2 hours to discuss various aspects of your strategy. We'll dive deep into your target audience, how to effectively reach them, ways to stand out from competitors, and the special sauce that makes your brand unique. We'll take detailed notes throughout the session, and you'll have access to these notes in your final brand files for future reference.

After exploring every facet of your brand, we're excited to take the next step. Our team will delve into research and planning for a week. During this phase, we will present 2-3 strategy-based visual solutions for your brand's new look and feel.

As part of this stage, our team will recommend 2-3 visual strategies designed to bring your brand to life. We'll provide you with typography inspiration, suggest possible fonts, and showcase various logo variations to give you a sense of how your brand could look and feel.

Identity Design

Congratulations! We've completed all the research, planning and strategy for your brand. Now, it's time for the fun part - designing your brand's visual identity. You've chosen your visual direction and we're ready to move forward.

We believe in showcasing brand concepts that are fully developed. That's why in the first stage of our process, we provide a presentation that outlines not only the various logo designs, colors, and fonts that make up your brand identity, but also a few digital mockups. These mockups will allow you to visualize your brand in a real-world context.

Upon receipt of this presentation, you'll have two opportunities to refine any elements that you feel are necessary to effectively convey your brand's message.

Thanks to our thorough strategy process, we've found that the vast majority of our clients have minimal changes they want to make to the initial brand concept presentation.

If your package includes collateral such as business cards, social media templates, stickers and more, you can expect us to begin crafting these materials in the week immediately following the finalization of your brand identity.

At the end of this process, you'll receive all of your final brand files in a nicely packaged folder structure. We provide a clear set of brand guidelines (with examples of what and what NOT to do) so that it's easy for you to stay consistent with your brand in the future. Additionally, we provide a guide for understanding your file formats, color codes, and tips for making the most out of your new brand.

Upon completion of the branding process, you will receive a comprehensive package of all your final brand files, organized in an easily accessible folder structure. To ensure consistency with your brand, we provide a comprehensive set of brand guidelines, which include examples of what to do and what not to do. We also provide a guide to understanding file formats, color codes, and tips for maximizing the potential of your brand.

Wrap up

We understand the importance of a strong brand, which is why we offer a comprehensive set of deliverables at the end of each project. Below is a list of materials that may be included in your package to ensure your brand's success:
